●早目の夕食をとる have an early supper

・風邪薬は早目の服用がのぞましい. Cold medicine should be taken at the first signs of a cold.

早めに a little early [earlier]; earlier (than usual); ahead of time; 〔時間の余裕を見て〕 in good time.
